Cupcake Decorating Class

Description

Are you keen to make your own cupcakes, but unsure where to begin? You’re in the right place!

This class will suit any skill level (even those who have never picked up a piping bag), and everything you require will be provided – so the only thing you need to bring is your readiness to learn. This class is for ages 16+, and kid’s classes will be coming soon.

In this 2 hour, hands-on cupcake decorating class you will learn:

• the basics of buttercream and how to troubleshoot problems
• how to colour buttercream and load piping bags
• what piping tips are and how to use them
• how to create different piping effects and swirls
• use sprinkles, freeze dried raspberries and chocolate moulds to give them a professional finish

You will take home 6 vanilla cupcakes which you have beautifully decorated yourself, plus a sprinkle spoon.

Optional extra: You can choose to add on a class essentials pack for recreating your cupcakes at home. This pack includes 2 piping tips of your choice, a packet of 10 piping bags, and 2x 20ml bottles of colour mill oil colours of your choice (you can select which ones you love on the day). This pack will be at a special price of $20 to add on at the time of your booking, with an RRP value of $26.38.

At the end of your class you will also have the chance to shop from our decorating essentials range, including all the products you use in class and more.

Please note: All classes are non-refundable except where the class has been cancelled by 3 lil bugs. If you are unable to attend, 5 days’ notice is required to be able to change the date or receive a class credit.
